Is it possible to make changes and returns?
It is possible to make a change or a return within 14 days of delivery of the product which must be in the original conditions.
What constitutes “original condition”
Original condition means that the item has not been scuffed, stretched, or worn, which means:
o It has not been worn or used. We therefore advise you to try your EDHÈN shoes on soft surfaces such as carpets or rugs in order not to damage the sole.
o It has not been washed, damaged or modified.
o It comes in its original packaging and with its accessories.
How can I return or exchange?
From the moment you receive the shoes, you have 14 days to contact our Customer Service to open the return or exchange procedure.
In case of return we kindly ask you to specify the reasons and, if possible, to attach photographic material useful to speed up your practice.
For changes you just have to specify the new desired size.
Costs and risks associated with returning the products will be your responsibility.

Can I return items purchased on sale?
Yes. For items purchased online on sale, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@edhenmilano.com. A discount does not affect your right of withdrawal.
When will you refund me?
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed, at which point you’ll receive an email from our system notifying you of the refund.
You will be refunded using the payment method that is most convenient to you.
You will not be charged for any reimbursement.
When will I receive my pre-ordered shoes?
Your pair of EDHÈN shoes will be handcrafted to order. Production takes approximately 5–6 weeks from full payment in advance. Your shoes will then be shipped to your address. Shipping time is additional to production time.
Can I return my made-to-order or pre-ordered EDHÈN shoes?
For standard products purchased on pre-order, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@edhenmilano.com.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to shoes made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised. Producing a pair after an order is placed does not, by itself, exclude this right.
Your statutory rights in the event of faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
